To me thats definitely not ok.This an American holiday and has nothing
at all to do with Mexico or any other country for that matter. It is
our flag and our's only that should be displayed for this event.If
someone of a diferent nationality wants to also display their
country's flag it should be small and under our's.

That is a cultural preference. If the mayority of americans felt like
you do. I would agree. But it was a small minority then it would be OK.
