Nano micro labrado del materiales
Materiales papeles de fumar, recubrimiento de boquilla, filtrantes,
especiales, Kraft, saco o de embalar, telas no tejidas, non-woven,

o micro perforación electrostática y micro perforación laser, o
tratamiento para las más diversas aplicaciones y materiales.

Con la NANO MICRO PERFORACIÓN los poros se distribuyen por estadística
de manera irregular, en un tamaño variante o con la Laser MICRO MACRO
PERFORACIÓN y tratamiento se ordenan por igual y con la misma medida o
por pistas de perforaciones de diferente disposición.

filtro o del papel de recubrimiento de boquilla para cigarrillos con
filtro, para reducir los elementos contaminantes para el fumador,
nicotina y condensado entre otros, y guiar el grado de ventilación del
cigarro.

IPM - International Perforation Management - high-tech engineering
Zum Jahresanfang 2002 wurde IPM gegründet, um mit neuen Innovationen,
insbesondere mit state-of-the-art elektrostatik ESP Nano und Sub-Mikro
sowie und neuen Laserstrahlführungen Mikroperforationsmaschinen und
optische online Kontrollsysteme im Marktsegment der weltweiten
Zigaretten-, deren Zulieferer-, Verpackungs-, Feinpapierindustrie oder
Medizintechnik tätig zu sein.

Werner Grosse, Gründer von IPM, ist seit 1979 als Entwicklungs- und
Applikationsingenieur sowie als Projektleiter in der elektrostatischen
und Laserperforations- und optischen online Porositätsmesstechnik in
der Feinpapierveredelungs- und Zigarettenindustrie tätig. Im Rahmen
dieser Tätigkeit und bei der Mitarbeit von Forschungsaufträgen
initiierte er mehr als 46 Erfindungen, viele davon als in- und
ausländische Patente angemeldet und erteilt. Damit wurden neue
Veredelungsverfahren, Perforationstechnologien, optische online
Messsysteme und Produktionsmaschinen, dies auch verbunden mit
speziellen atmungsaktiven, ventilierenden Produkteigenschaften für
feinstperforierte Warenbahnen, entwickelt und weltweit eingesetzt.

1991 begann seine Selbstständigkeit was durch die rasante Projekt- und
Umsatzentwicklung die GmbH Gründung in 1993 ermöglichte. Damit war
auch die Expansion der ESP Perforationstechnik auf andere
Industriebereiche für Filter-, Sack-, non-woven, spun-bonded,
beschichtete und Kraftpapiere für die Verarbeitungs- und insbesondere
für die Verpackungsindustrie verbunden. Seit 1994 gehört die GmbH zur
internationalen Zuliefergruppe der Zigarettenindustrie. Nach vielen
Jahren fruchtbarer Zusammenarbeit als geschäftsführender
Gesellschafter hat Herr Grosse das Unternehmen Ende 2001 verlassen, um
mit der IPM neue Innovationskraft zu entfalten und in enger
Zusammenarbeit mit neuen, relativ großen Kunden die
Produktionstechniken weltweit einzusetzen.

Über diese Tätigkeit und dem Engagement als Innovator, Ingenieur und
Unternehmer hinaus ist er Mitglied in nationalen, internationalen
Institutionen, die innovative, erfinderische, schutzrecht umsetzende
sowie föderale Zielsetzungen verfolgen und einen technisch-
wirtschaftlichen Informationsaustausch auf internationaler Ebene
praktizieren.

IPM ist eine high-tech Engineering Einzelfirma, die mit einem Team von
spezialisierten Technikern und Ingenieuren neue Perforationsmaschinen
und optische online Porositätsmesstechnik für laufende Warenbahnen in
China, Thailand und DE entwickelt, mit kompetenten Partnern dort
herstellt, weltweit verkauft und den potentiellen Kunden als turn-key
Projekte übergibt. Die Ausbildung, Schulung und der notwendige
Technologietransfer für das technische und Produktionspersonal ist
hierbei ein zentraler Bestandteil des Lieferumfanges und der

Für innovative Technologie, deren know-how Transfer sowie die

supplying, packaging and fine paper industries.

IPM is a high-tech engineering company with a team of specialized,
highly skilled technician and engineer who, with competent partners,
develop, design and produce electrostatic or laser perforation units
and optical online porosity control technology for global sale and for
potential customers as ready-to-use projects. Qualification, training
and technology transfer for the technical and manufacturing personnel
are an essential part of our services as well as for a close and
prosperous long-term cooperation.

The founder of IPM, Mr. Werner Grosse, has been working since 1979 as
an application, engineer side and project manager in the international
field of applied electrostatic and laser perforation as well in
optical online porosity measurement for the tobacco and fine paper
refinement industry. During his professional career and collaboration
in numbered research assignments he initiated more than 46 inventions,
among them more than 34 national and international patents, also
outside of EU and in China as well. Thanks to patented technologies
and production processes, new generations of refinement procedures,
perforation machines and optical online porovision control systems
could have been developed, including a world wide new optical dyne
control process for plastic films and foils. This also includes
specific product characteristics, properties and application fields
for Nano or Micro perforated papers, packaging or medical membrane
products.

After he became a self employer in 1992, the GmbH was established in
1993. This resulted in an expansion of the electrostatic perforation
technology apart from the traditional cigarette and mouthpiece tipping
paper sections into application fields such as filter, packaging, bag,
force and non-woven for the paper refinement and especially for the
packaging industry in international markets. Since 1994, the GmbH
belong a company group as international supplier for the tobacco
industry. After many years of prosperous cooperation as shareholder
and managing director, Mr. Grosse left the company at the end of 2001
in order to enhance innovations with his new engineering company IPM
to design new production machines and products which among other
qualities have specific and unprecedented product characteristics in
close cooperation with relatively large customers, especially in Asia
and South America.

Apart from these business ventures, he has joined national,
international organizations whose aim is to enhance innovative,
creative, patent conforming and educational targets and which
international exchanging of technical, economical knowledge.

Among them are the following: DABEI Deutsche Aktionsgemeinschaft
Bildung, Erfindung und Innovation, German Chinese Business Association
(DCW) IHK Cologne (International Chamber of commerce), ASIANET,
CHINANET.

As a result of his membership in several organisations and due to his
work in the field of electrostatic – ESP- Nano Micro or Laser
perforations and optical online control technology, Mr. Grosse has
given many lectures and has published a great number of technical

government on 19 Oct., 2004 for his expertise as a foreign expert on

technology, achieved by its transfer of knowledge and the successful
cooperation with the top 500 Group, the world wide second largest
cigarette manufacture in China, in reference of excellent technical
production results.

At the end of 2005, the IPM site in Germany was abandoned. Mr. Werner
Grosse now works as technology expert with IPM (International
Perforation Management) in close cooperation with well-known clients
in the tobacco, cigarette supplier, fine papers and packaging industry
in Asia and South America.
