I've made a Delphi Utility for a visual use of script resource (rc
files) and resource compiling (res files) with the borland resource
compiler BRCC32.

A that time, this programm is only in French. I would be glad if
somebody can help me in translate it (As you can see my english is so
poor ! And I don't speek Spanish!)
