Hi

I have Sharepoint Service in Windows server 2003 R2 64 bits. When the users
open the intranet site appears"Server application server unavailable". If I
check the application log appears the following error:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: ASP.NET 2.0.50727.0 Event ID: 1088
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1088
Date: 17/03/2009
Time: 15:01
User: N/A
Computer: COBOAPL007
Description:
Failed to execute request because the App-Domain could not be created.
Error: 0x80070005 Access is denied.

I tried to apply:

At the Microsoft Visual Studio Command Prompt, type the following command:
Aspnet_regiis –ga procuser
Follow these steps:
At a command prompt, open the following folder:
Drive:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\Version
Type the following command:
Aspnet_regiis –ga procuser

I don´t Know if I´m doing bad but I don´t resolved my problem.
